What is your cancellation policy and why do I need a credit card on file?

 

Last minute cancellations greatly impact a stylists income. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as you are aware. 

 

Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment that cannot be filled will be will charged a rebook fee of approx. 50% of the original service price. This must be paid before your next service can be scheduled. No Call No Shows will be charged 100% of the planned service cost.

Credit cards are kept securely within Vagaro's Online Platform.

What happens if I'm late?

​Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their originally scheduled session.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Cash, Debit, and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

 What happens if I need a service adjustment?

Although rare, sometimes miscommunications happen.

​

  • If you did not receive the cut or color you and your stylist agreed on together please email us within 5 days of your appointment to discuss and schedule a time to make adjustments.

​

  • Color will fade if it is not cared for with the products recommended during your appointment. If the recommended care is not being taken, your color cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.

Should I wash my hair before a color service?

 

Yes, clean hair is always better. Excessive hair  build up will not allow  product to perform 100%.
