Do you offer payment plans for services?​

What is your cancellation policy and why do I need a credit card on file?​​

We value both your time and our stylists’ time. To maintain a smooth schedule and ensure fairness to all guests, we require a credit card on file when booking any appointment.

Here is our updated cancellation policy:

​

48+ Hours Notice
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no charge if done 48 hours or more in advance.

 

24–48 Hours Notice
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within this window will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

 

Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show
Clients who cancel the same day or do not show up will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

 

Appointments Booked Within 24 Hours
These are also subject to the same cancellation fees listed above.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a the appointment being cancelled and charged in full.

Why do we require a credit card on file?
Credit cards are securely stored through Vagaro's online platform. Late cancellations and no-shows significantly impact a stylist’s income and the availability for other clients waiting to book.

Please cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you’re unable to make it—we truly appreciate your respect for our time and commitment to every client’s experience.

What happens if I'm late?​

If you arrive late your appointment may be cancelled and you will be charged in full for the originally scheduled session.

What forms of payment do you take?​

We accept Cash, Debit, and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

What is your policy on children in the salon?

For safety and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly request that children under a certain age be supervised at all times.​​​

What happens if I need a service adjustment?​

Although rare, sometimes miscommunications happen.​

  • If you did not receive the cut or color you and your stylist agreed on together please call or email us within 5 days of your appointment to discuss and schedule a time to make adjustments.

  • Color will fade if it is not cared for with the products recommended during your appointment. If the recommended care is not being taken, your color cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

For color services, we recommend arriving with clean hair to ensure optimal results.

Yes, we offer gift cards for all our services. They can be purchased in-salon or online here!
