From the moment you landed on this website to the second you step foot in the door. We want to give you a warm 'hello'.
Before we welcome you into the salon, let us walk you through how to get on the books and what to expect after:

Your Pre-Visit Experience
Okay you are booked! Now What?
48 hours before your scheduled service you can expect to receive an appointment reminder and with it a confirmation request. Just hit confirm to let us know you'll be here and you are good to go!
You will know you are at the right place when you pull up to a large brick building with plenty of character in the heart of the Ivywild commercial neighborhood.
There are guest parking spots right in front of the main door off of Ramona Ave. When those are full, simply drive down Ramona to the Edelweiss overflow parking lot, where rent additional customer parking.
Upon entering, check in with the receptionist and then take a seat by our cozy fireplace. Your stylist will greet you shortly after.
Sometimes appointments can be long due to their complexity. To make your experience more comfortable we offer a variety of beverages along with snacks to tide you over during your visit.
We also offer chargers for a variety of mobile devices during your service and a quiet area for silent services when requested.
The consultation is our favorite part!
Your new guest consultation allows your stylist to get to know all about YOU and your HAIR. Your TRU stylists will learn all about your hair history, look at your inspo photos, and discuss your likes and dislikes.
While keeping your goals, maintenance schedule, and budget in mind. Your stylist will make a plan for that day and for your future hair services.
Once your service is complete, we will wrap it all up with styling tips and appropriate product suggestions.This will help you recreate your new look at home. Walk with your stylist to the reception desk to get rebooked and checkout for the days services.
The Post Visit Experience
We care about your time at TRU Salon and work hard to ensure its a 5 star experience. Just 24 hours after your service you can expect to receive an email from us checking in.
The email will include general recommendations for a maintenance schedule. You can refer back to this when your stylists specific suggestions have been misplaced or forgotten.
